Checks and credit cards are accepted. Checks are payable to “Simplify You”. All invoices are due upon receipt.
Please note that 48 hours’ notice is required to change or cancel an appointment or a $500 service fee will be charged. Please make this cancellation by phone or text to ensure that I am informed in a timely manner. I will confirm that I have received your cancellation so that no fee is charged.
Client Credit Policy:
In the unusual event that I need to change or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I will happily give YOU a $500 service credit for future use.
It is my policy to provide you, at no charge, the basic “tools of the trade” that I carry in my kit (label tape, contractor’s bags, garbage bags, duct tape, etc.). I often bring other products to help efficiently complete your project, such as containers, turntables, etc. You will be charged only for the products that are used in your home, and only at their retail selling price plus 6% Virginia sales tax. There is no mark-up on any products you choose to use.
Complimentary Services Policy:
I am happy to answer quick questions via email, text, or phone outside of our sessions. I also provide referrals for other trusted providers, as well as complimentary internet research, and some donation drop-offs, all as part of Simplify You’s superior service to my valued clients.
Simplify You occasionally uses photos and videos of projects for demonstration or media purposes. If I use a photo of your project, you will remain anonymous and your identity will remain confidential. Photographs of your home, office, or event may be used in Simplify You social media, website, or promotional materials, subject to any written restrictions on use made by the client.
